Are handling or restocking fees charged?

For correctly supplied in-stock B2B items, a handling fee applies: £10 or 15% of the goods value, whichever is greater. Returns for Non-stock items must be reported within 2 working days and may carry restocking fees of up to 50%; some special order or personalised items may not be returnable.
