If I order the wrong colour or size, are we able to return the item?

Unfortunately, many items are not able to be returned as they are manufactured to order. If you are unsure what colour or size you require, please let us know and we can assist you in selecting furniture and finishes or show you samples in some cases. We recommend you double check all colours, finishes and dimensions before ordering, and if unsure, please ask for advice by contacting on 01527 878348 or sales@forwardfurniture.co.uk

Do have samples we can see before ordering?

We have swatches for a range of fabrics and finishes, including soft seating fabrics, wood and metal finishes – so you can see and touch them before ordering! We also have samples of some furniture available, such as chairs and stools, but if there is something in particular you’d like to see before you order, please ask the question and we will look into it for you.

Do your prices include installation?

Yes, our prices include delivery and assembly if they’re not delivered already assembled. However, the Express range is an exception, this is delivered to you with some self-assembly required to ensure fast delivery.

Will the items be assembled on site?

If the item is delivered assembled, for example classroom tables, installation is not included. If an item requires assembly, for example an office desk, then we will assemble in your room of choice and remove all packaging for recycling.

What’s your delivery lead time?

Our lead times can vary from next day delivery to several weeks depending on type of furniture - for example whether it’s from our Express range or you have ordered bespoke sizes and finishes - and time of year. Do you provide design and installation services?

Yes, we offer a bespoke design and installation process, which includes a free face-to-face consultation and 2D or 3D CAD drawings to help visualise the transformation of your space.
